This is a very cozy and warm hat. I would be more comfortable if it were about two inches wider around due to long hair. Being an adult it would not suit people with larger heads. I have a small head. Love the concept

I placed an order for 2 sherpa hoods on the 13th of December, plenty of time to receive them in time for Christmas. Or so I thought. I still have not received a notification that they've shipped, but I have received a notification that I should receive them 7 to 14 days AFTER they ship. Do I like the product? I have no idea, I've not received them. But I'm pretty dang irritated that they are late for Christmas and I have still yet to receive a ship notice. So right now your customer service points is at zero.

This item doesn't look any thing like the advertisement. It looks like something cheap made from China. My 5 year old can make something better. The hood part barely fits my head. No way it would cover a ski helmet like the advertisement shows. The two I received fits a 5 year old. Deceptive advertisement.

I am very pleased with the quality and price of the Sherpa hood ski masks. Except for the longer than expected shipping time (20 days to Washington state) I would order from this company again in a heartbeat.

After I placed the order, I checked reviews on Peonly and was worried because of the possibility of it being a scam. Fortunately, they gave me a tracking number to use, which I did. Shipping took 20 days, but the sherpa masks arrived today in good condition and the correct colors. I am giving them as gifts, so am unable to enclose pictures, but they look to be very soft and exactly as ordered.
I live in Washington state, so it took about an extra week to get here. If you are on the east coast it should be noticeably faster.

Very warm and well made but runs smaller than indicated. Face covering from bottom doesn't come up as high and will not go over helmet. To wear simply as a warm hat will work great
